Brainfood Live, Ep139: Selling TA Transformation to the Business
Many of us have got new jobs lately, and no doubt part of the brief is going to be step change improvement in recruiting capacity. How do we communicate with the business to secure advocates and endorsement? Going to be talking with TA leaders who have done it, and are currently about to do it. Friday 14th January, 2pm GMT / 9am EST - register here

End notes
I’m in London and - not going to lie - I’m glad the holiday season is over! Don’t get me wrong, I love sleeping in / eating panettone / drinking limoncello as much as the next person but I’ve missed the routine of ‘getting back into it’ with everyone here and excited for the year ahead.
Quick update on the What Do Recruiters Want? survey - I’m going through the data normalisation now. My poor survey design has made this a bigger job than is ideal but I’m hoping we can start drip feeding some insight for you on a week-by-week basis - watch this space.
In the meantime, have you ever wondered about the path a drop of rain takes as it makes its way to the sea? Wonder no more
DM me on twitter or Instagram or TikTok if you got any more cool internet for me to check out
Have a great week everybody.
