It's recruiting brainfood for the week ahead

Hey Everybody,
Welcome to the New Years Eve Special edition of Recruiting Brainfood!
As is now tradition, we depart from the standard format today to bring you a newsletter in three parts:
1) State of the Community
2) Forecast for the Future
3) Recommendations for your year ahead.
I know it’s been a crazy, challenging year for a lot of us. I wish I could say that the year ahead will see some sort of ‘return to normality’ - but we all know it wouldn’t be true.
Let’s take comfort in the community we are building, and be aware, that whatever the future may bring, you won’t be alone in facing it.
Thank you for being with me on this journey. You’ve all been amazing. Let’s make it happen for the good guys in 2019.
Happy New Year everybody
