It's recruiting brainfood for the week ahead

Hey everyone,

Welcome to On Hiring: Issue No 3. This week’s edition features the rollout of new salary survey service by Glassdoor, Linkedin’s annual report on the most hire-able skills for 2017 and the introduction of interesting / disturbing technologies Faception and Fama Technologies - both of which bear portentous implications for the world of the recruiting.

Top of the list is a fantastic post by Buster Benson, who’s performed the mammoth task of categorising the 175 cognitive biases into 4 distinct groups of purpose. It’s a mighty read and highly recommended!

I’m in Paris next week for Tru Networking for Humans and HR Tech World Congress. If you’re going to either event and would like to meet up, DM on Twitter and you can buy me a beer.

Hope you get value from this newsletter. You can subscribe for more quality content next week and if there are other people you know who might benefit, please share on Twitter or Facebook.

It’s On Hiring: recruiting brainfood for the week ahead!
